Terms and Conditions
when buying any animals from me.
To all those reading.
Over the past few weeks Ive noticed that many people have been copying and pasting my Buying Conditions straight into their own websites and claiming it as there own. To those who know who they are... I would like to remind you that this is a breach of copyright and I would most appreciate it if you were able to reword it, otherwise please ask my permission first!
Thankyou for your time.
Age*
* No animal will be sold to anybody under the age of 18.
* No animal will be sold under 8 weeks of age or until I am satisfied that the animal is developing well once seperated from it's mother.
* I will not allow any baby animal to be reserved until I am satisfied it is developing well and that I'm confident of the sex.
Deposits*
* If you would like me to reserve a rabbit for you, I will ask for a non-refundable deposit of £10 for each rabbit held.
* If you would like me to reserve a kitten for you, I will ask for a
non-refundable deposit of 50% of the kitten's decided price.
* All deposits must be recieved within one week of me putting the animal on hold for you.
New
* PayPal is now available to send deposits if you are unable to visit in person. PayPal is to be used for deposits only as the rest is to be paid upon arrival to collect your new bunny or kitten.
Taking Home*
* On the day when you wish to take your new pet home you must come prepared with a suitable pet carrier.
* Each rabbit sold will come with one weeks supply of free change over food.
My Rights*
* I reserve the right to refuse any sale I deem unsuitable eg, if I feel the new owner is not suitable and can not provide the proper care and attention or if in the unlikly event the animal developes health or temperment issuses.
Waiting List Agreements*
* If and when you decide to be placed on my waiting list all i ask is you read and agree with these few rules seen below.
1. You will need to read through and agree with all the Buying Conditions see on this page.
2. I will need 2x forms of contact information eg phone number and email address.
3. If you decide you are no longer looking for a rabbit from myself, it would be most appriciated if you would let me know so as I can save time and give the next person (potential home) on the list a quicker respose.
4. When your next in line and the animal your interested in becomes available, you will be notified immediately. However so will the others on the waiting list. As the waiting list works on a first come first served basis the sooner you respond the better your choice will be. If I have no respose within three days you will automaticly be removed from the list and the next person in line will be given the oppotunity.
Returning a Bunny*
* When you buy any pet the last thing you think of is what happens if your circumstances suddenly change and you are no longer able to care for it or maybe even if bought for a child and the novelty wears off. What happens then? In the best interest of the animal it is usually better to rehome them so as they can recieve the care and attention they deserve.
For every animal I sell there is always the option of bringing them back no matter what the age or circumstances guaranteed! I am happier to welcome the animal back then to hear that they have had to be placed in a rescue center where already there are hundreds of poor bunnies desperately looking for new homes. This also saves you and your pet alot of stress and worry.
If this unfortunate yet unlikely event does happen to take place please feel free to contact me anytime.
Also where ever possible due to the lack of hutches it would be most appreciated if the hutch/cage that the bunny had previously been living in was provided.
